We Made It...Thank the Lord!

(I thought I should capture our super happy moment before we ripped each other to shreds in a 20 hour car ride)

So I have learned a few things in the past 2 days and I have also seen some things as well!

Things I've Seen

1. A tire come flying off a truck, whole tire and rim the works!

2. A million "flapjack" houses

3. MOUNTAINS

4. Another truck catch on fire

5. Some pretty Ghettofab places

6. Six states in 20 some odd hours!

What I have learned!

1. You can never take to many pictures of your husband:)

2. Columbus, Indiana is a really cute town

3. There is a fast food joint names Bojangals? WOW

4. The Tennesse welcome rest stop is great to sleep at:)

5. That I will forever have captured the first time my daughter became a true traveler

(first offical picture across the Iowa border)

Anywho, we made it all in one piece and still in tact! There was a few nasty banters back and forth between my love and myself however nothing a little humor couldn't fix. C was AMAZING! Now they are both asleep and I'm sitting on the floor of our hotel I booked for the night in the dark, trying to capture some significant moments on our journey. I know I'm on vacation but to me having a small quiet amount of time to jot some memories down is something that I love to do and so I am finding time to get that into our vacation. Of course I will have a more full report after this whole adventure is done. Needless to say Mr.Stanley and I agreed that there is so many more places we want to travel, and it's offical that C will always be along for the ride she is a true trooper!

So tomorrow brings C first time at the ocean and whatever else we decide to take on, oh and getting to our house we rented for the week. We got here early than expected so thank goodness for modern technology I was able to find us a great room for a great rate for the night!
