Traditions: Pumpkin Patch

We have several pumpkin patches around our small town and in the central Des Moines area that we have loved going too. However, my favorite one is in our own Madison County at Howell's!

Not only is it a great pumpkin patch but it is were we get our Christmas tree every year. We love this place.

I don't think we have ever hit up the pumpkin patch when it was ever cold and gray as it was this year. However, I thought it was just beautiful since it really made all the fall colors pop.

{This is why I don't ever try to pose my kids. Also Irish sweaters for the win on this cold day. They kept the kids warm, without making them wear their coats}
{She looks like a little Mama, big sisters kind of are though}
{He magically lost a shoe in that wagon of pumpkins}
{Nate and C successfully broke the swing after some adventurous pushing and Arlo never got a ride nor did any of the other kiddos}
{My dirty faced boy who desperately needs a haircut}
{These baby goats were pretty darn cute}
{ My Boys}
{ Yes, that's me in a picture, amazing I know! Also note that popcorn bag in my pocket and can of Pepsi in another, not diet since I shared with Nate}
{ I mean how could we not, am I right?}

We will see you in November Howell's to pick out our Christmas tree. We already were spotting some on our way to the barn.
