I swear I'm alive, you might not be convinced since I was posting everyday to not at all for a few days. But we made it home on Sunday/early Monday and enjoyed the hubs last day of vacation before returning back to work. So we unpacked and spent the rest of the day playing in the sprinkler and enjoying our last family time before reality snuck back into our lives.
I must say though that no matter how much I loved our vacation and getting loads of alone time with just my little family it's nice to be back in familiar surrondings and back into the groove of things. C and I have some major plans for the summer and since summer has fnallly hit good ol' Iowa we are diving in head first.
To top it off I have this semester off to enjoy summer with the little one, and unfortunatly this will most likely be my last summer of either no school or no work, so I'm planning on soaking it up and indulging in every last hot, humid, long summer day!
Don't worry though I will post about our vacation later.
oh blah. I was so enjoying the long spring this year. Summer hit iowa while we were gone... now I want it to go back from where it came from!
